Colorado Prescription Drug Monitoring Program Important UpdatesAugust 30, 2022 Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA) and the Colorado Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (CPDMP) is offering legislative and regulatory updates for all prescribers of controlled substances in Colorado. Please note that SB22-227 requires all prescribes to register with the PDMP. The changes also include a requirement to query prior to any new controlled substance prescriptions. HB22-1215 removes restrictions on delegated users. Training resources available on the PDMP website include user guides, tutorials and webinars. There is also a copy of the power point slides being used for these regulatory updates available on this same website.
