Evaluation of Patient Education on the Safe Use of Opioids SurveyPosted: June 11, 2017 Dear Colorado Healthcare Provider, We are pharmacists from the University of Colorado School of Pharmacy who have developed a survey to assess provider knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors regarding opioid education as a part of a grant-funded research project entitled “Evaluation of Patient Education on the Safe Use of Opioids.” By completing this survey you will be helping us gather information on this critically important issue. The compiled results from health care providers across our state will be shared with the Provider Education Work Group of the Colorado Consortium for Prescription Drug Abuse Prevention to help improve patient education and address barriers to education.
