Lobbying and Dues Deductibility Information

Dues paid to ANA and CNA are not deductible as a charitable contribution because CNA is a 501 (c) 6 organization.  Dues paid to CNA and ANA are not fully deductible as a business expense due to lobbying.  Below are the percentage of dues that may be deducted as a business expense:

For the year 2022:
ANA  82% deductible,  non-deductible, 18%
CNA 78% deductible, non-deductible, 22%
