The purpose of this rulemaking is: The purpose of the Rulemaking Hearing is to allow stakeholders a final opportunity to testify before the Board decides whether to adopt the proposed new Rule 1.35 (RULES AND REGULATIONS REGARDING GENERALLY ACCEPTED STANDARDS OF NURSING PRACTICE REGARDING PREGNANCY-RELATED SERVICES) to implement Colorado Senate Bill 23-190(Concerning Policies to Make Punishable Deceptive Actions regarding Pregnancy-Related Services). If you believe there will be a significant negative impact on small business, job creation or economic competitiveness, you may request that the Department of Regulatory Agencies require the rulemaking agency to prepare a cost-benefit analysis of a proposed rule or amendment.
