Colorado Nurses Association Seeking Dynamic Leader

The Colorado Nurses Association (CNA) is a non-profit membership organization representing the interests of all registered nurses in the state of Colorado. CNA's vision is to be the unifying voice for nursing in Colorado to positively influence the future of healthcare. The Association’s strategic priorities include advancing the role of the registered nurse through advocacy and empowering the practice of nursing to enhance access to quality and safe health care for all Coloradans.

The Executive Director is the voice and face of CNA's mission, vision and goals to the public, community partners, legislators, and membership. The Executive Director will report directly to the CNA Board of Directors and will manage the day-to-day operations of the CNA office and staff. The five key areas of responsibilities include: leadership and management; financial and legal; communications; advocacy and engagement; and membership and development.

Graduate education required, with executive leadership experience, or management experience in a healthcare organization or healthcare membership association.

Registered nurse preferred. Apply by July 1, 2021.
